My very own bad breeder story
We paid for 2 AKC females with good peds, after these
females had pups we learned that their fathers DNA
did not match his fathers DNA. We waiting a very
long time for AKC to try and fix this, but what we
found out is his mother was not his mother also.
So these females we paid a good bit of money for
now have no AKC papers, so not only did we
take a loss in buying these females we take a big
loss in every puppy they ever have.
This is how the story goes, the breeder C sold the male
to breeder B and Peggy buys him. We buy the
2 females from Peggy.
Now breeder C thinks it is breeder B that is at fault,
but AKC had all breeder B's puppies that she sold
at the same time she sold the male to Peggy DNA
came out just find. SO this leaves breeder C
to fix this mistake. AKC said breeder C should fixs
this mess, but AKC can not make her do this. AKC
said this because she is the breeder and her name is
listed as the breeder and her name is all over the
so called AKC papers. There was 24 people who lost
their AKC papers that day.
Believe me she is not going to fix it. So if you are
going to buy a pup from the state of Alabama be
scared or if you know anyone whos breeding dogs
that came from Alabama make sure the DNA has been
done on the parents .You see I'm not the only person that
has been done wrong by this breeder.

I'm sure you would like to know why we did not sue, well
I live in Maryland and she lives in Alabama so we would
have to go to Alabama to do this, remember this when
buying a puppy way out of your state.

did you know that in some parts of Alabama there is no one
that checks on the breeds, to see if the dogs are living in
a puppy mill or a good place, I found that to be so sad.

At one point after 3 years I was lead to believe breeder C
was going to send me one puppy, thats all I asked for
But the joke was on me, yes I mean joke she and her friends
thought it would be funny to miss lead me.

We do stud our males out, payment is dew up front and if it dose not take a refund will be given, I know some breeders do not give a refund, but we do.
In the past we have taken payment after the female gaves brith.  because
we did not get payment from the last breeder in Maryland to use Boomer for 2 breedings we must change to payment first.
We can not guarantee how many pups you will get, what color they will be
or what size they will be. A stud service is not based on any of this, it just what it saids stud service.
Boomer has made great puppies and has been the father to many puppies.
We have a list of very happy people who have used our stud service.
I think the studs should be paid for their works of art, all stud money goes right into the dogs, its their money !
This breeder will not even try to fix this, she will not call me back, she will
not e-mail me back..I can't help but feel she did not plan on keeping her
word at all.
Please make sure you get a stud contract, so the deal is in writing.
Words mean nothing to some people get everything in writing, If I had done that Boomer would have his payment right now.
Yes this happened because I did not get the deal in writing, after 20 years
as a breeder you would think I should know better...LOL
Now it is in writng, right here and now.

To little to late.

What goes around comes around.

We live we learn..

Our stud contract
We paid a large sum of money for a female yorkies, we then  persisted a male from the same breeder.
The one and only thing we wanted to make sure of was the dogs where not brother and sister.
After the DNA was done we find out they have the same father.
I asked to breeder to fix this with a new male, she would if I sent back the other male that we have now had a year.
Not only would we miss a breeder, but 2 other breedings with females that
are sisters to the only other yorkie male I had. My dogs are like my children, so this male was now part of the family.
I really thought she should send me a new male and let us keep the one we now loved, and I still believe this with all my heart. I feel it was her mistake not ours
or a dog, so why should we have to give up our loving pet.
After a very very long time of getting no where I agreed to send her a male puppy if she would send us a replace male for the female and let us keep our family together.
That is what we did..

My dogs are not live stock they are family. I can not bring myself to trade or sell them at any cost. There is nothing that would get my dogs away from me, I
would go under first.

I'm like a mother hen with her babies I would ripe someone apart before
anyone could hurt my babies.

I would never even think of cheating someone, I never had to.
I can't stand to even hear storys of a breeder cheating someone, I just can't understand it. As breeders we should be helpful and to share what we have learned as breeders.
If I really want something we will find it and pay for it.
If I make a promise to someone I keep it.
I will make trades, but I will get it in writing.
The word trust means alot to me, and I will always try my best to live up to it.
There was the time we paid $1800 for a female 6 months old yorkies, we where told the AKC papers are on the way.
After I did not get the AKC papers for 2 months I called AKC and found the dogs 1st owner still had the papers, so I called this lady.
She tells me the yorkie was not paid for yet, and was very upset that the dog was sold to me because it was not paid for yet.
So we had to pay for this dog again to get the AKC papers, yes the breeder did pay us back the money we had to give to the 1st owner months later, but we where out the the 1st $1800.
Yes we all had contact for this deal, thank to 1st owner made sure of that .

These are my storys, if storys about how people can hurt and cheat other make you sad don't read these
